Rotala Expands Diamond Bus Midlands Fleet with Further Seven New ADL Enviro200 Buses

This week, Rotala is delighted to announce the addition of seven brand-new 75-plate Alexander Dennis Enviro200 buses to our Diamond Bus fleet, marking another significant milestone in providing cleaner, greener, and more efficient public transport for the West Midlands community.

These new Enviro 200s are equipped with Alexander Dennis's advanced SmartPack efficiency technology, designed to dramatically reduce energy consumption and emissions. This investment underscores our dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility while continuing to improve the quality and reliability of our services across a range of local routes.

Over the last couple of years, Rotala has been making substantial investments to modernise the Diamond Bus fleet and these latest additions represent another step forward. Not only do they enhance reliability and performance, but they also contribute to a more comfortable and enjoyable journey experience for our passengers.

Simon Wood, Regional Sales Manager at Alexander Dennis quoted, “Thankyou to Rotala for their repeat investment in Alexander Products and once again choosing the Enviro 200 as their product of choice. Looking forward to seeing these vehicles supporting local communities around the West Midlands.”

Bob Baker, Diamond Bus Managing Director added “The introduction of these new vehicles reflects our ongoing commitment to invest in cleaner technology, improve passenger comfort, and deliver high-quality transport solutions for the communities we serve. We look forward to seeing the positive impact these modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly buses will bring to our Midlands network.”
